Petitioner Nick Troy seeks to restrain enforcement of an order re contempt, entered after Troy, citing his Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination, refused to answer questions propounded to him at a judgment debtor examination. Troy also raises objections to some of the questions based upon relevance and assertion of the marital privilege (Evid. Code, Â§Â§ 970, 980). We initially denied Troys petition for writ of mandate, but thereafter issued an order to show cause at the direction of the Supreme Court. Once again, we deny the petition.
